Jamie and Arash's intimate wedding, held at the stylish Waldorf Astoria, included two back-to-back ceremonies - one traditional western and one Persian - and featured two officiants. Music selections included contemporary and pop titles, with a custom arrangement of Temper Trap's Sweet Disposition for Jamie's processional. Following the dual ceremonies, we carried the same musical theme into the cocktail hour.

What better venue to tie the knot for a golf course architect and his lovely bride than the world famous Medinah Country Club! The intimate outdoor sunset ceremony, located on the greens, was followed by cocktails in the clubhouse, complete with panoramic view of the picturesque greens. For the ceremony and cocktail hour, we performed an eclectic mix of pop, standards and classic rock, including ACDC's iconic Back in Black.
We were back at the Royal Melbourne Country Club in May for Corinne and Scott's wedding. Due to heavy rain, the ceremony was moved inside. Just before the ceremony ended, the sun broke through the clouds and illuminated the room. already filled with love and magic from Corinne and Scott's tender vows. Our highlights included performing a transcription of processional Sing Forever (a special request from Corinne) and Game of Thrones for the recessional!
On rare occasions, our clients are musicians. And rarer still, are wedding musicians themselves. Working with groom Daniel's mother, a professional freelance cellist in the Seattle area, was effortless. Every musical detail was thoughtfully planned and communicated, down to the exact page numbers we needed in our music! When the big day arrived, the wedding was a reflection of true elegance and deep family connection. We were honored to be included in Amanda and Daniel's classical themed ceremony and cocktail hour at the Woman's Club of Evanston.
Meet Astrid and Dino (and yes, they really look like they just waltzed off the pages of a wedding magazine!) . . .
We performed for the first time at Frank Lloyd Wright's striking Emil Bach House for Jia and Ken's intimate outdoor wedding. We are so lucky to work with fantastic clients, and Jia and Ken were no exception. Though the weather was setting near record low temps for May, the groom made sure all of their guests and vendors were comfortable. Every detail of Jia and Ken's wedding was as tastefully planned as their classical music selections, which included several pieces by one of their favorite composers, Dvorak. We had a delightful time performing their ceremony and cocktail hour playlist - the first movement from the American Quartet was a rare treat for us!
Despite grey skies and intermittent drizzle, the lovely Laura and her dashing fiance were all aglow as they tied the knot at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Laura and John selected a soundtrack featuring classical to contemporary selections for their intimate ceremony, which included a few passing joggers on the running path above the museum (an unexpected salute to a couple who loves to run!)
A stunning view of downtown Chicago provided the backdrop for Erica and Joseph's sunny rooftop ceremony at Ignite Glass Studios. Thanks to four Herculean groomsmen, the huppa stood firmly through some huge gusts of wind! For the cocktail hour, we performed a fun mix of music for guests in the courtyard below.
