OUR BOOKING PROCESS
1. Contact us for availability and a custom price quote.
2. To reserve an EM ensemble for your event, sign & return our contract (delivered electronically or post) with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
3. Once your contact & deposit are received, you will have access to our client portal which contains our convenient online planner and planning resources.
4. During your music planning process, you receive unlimited assistance via phone, email or in-person meetings.
5. Three to four days before your event, you will be contacted to finalize event details.
6. On the day of your event, we'll arrive before our scheduled performance time (looking polished) to set up, warm up and go over any last minute details with you, your event coordinator and/or officiant.
7. Sit back and enjoy the music!
