To reserve an EM ensemble for your date, sign & return our contract (delivered electronically or post) with a nonrefundable 50% deposit.We accept personal checks or online payment via PayPal or major credit card for your convenience.
Once we receive your signed contact & deposit, you'll have access to our client website which contains our Music Planners, Timelines, Planning Resources and over 40 sound clips to help in selecting your music.
During your music planning process, you're welcome to unlimited consultations via phone, email or in-person.
Your remaining deposit is due two weeks prior to the event.
3-4 days before your event, you'll be contacted to finalize event details
On the day of your event, we'll arrive 40 minutes before our scheduled performance time (looking polished) to set up, warm up and go over any last minute details with your event coordinator and/or officiant.
