We performed for the first time at Frank Lloyd Wright's striking Emil Bach House for Jia and Ken's intimate outdoor wedding. We are so lucky to work with fantastic clients, and Jia and Ken were no exception. Though the weather was setting near record low temps for May, the groom made sure all of their guests and vendors were comfortable. Every detail of Jia and Ken's wedding was as tastefully planned as their classical music selections, which included several pieces by one of their favorite composers, Dvorak. We had a delightful time performing their ceremony and cocktail hour playlist - the first movement from the American Quartet was a rare treat for us!
Theme from Symphony No. 1 - Brahms
American Quartet: Allegro ma non Troppo - Dvorak
Vocalise - Rachmaninoff
Violin Concerto in E major: Allegro - Bach
FAMILY & BRIDAL PARTY PROCESSIONAL:
Serenade for Strings - Dvorak
Appalachian Spring (Simple Gifts) - Copland
Violin Concerto in A Minor: Allegro - Bach
Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana - Mascagni
Liebesfreud - Kreisler
Flower Duet from Lakme - Delibes
Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini: 18th Variation - Rachmaninoff
Waltz from Serenade for Strings - Dvorak
Waltz from Symphony No.8 - Dvorak
O mio babbino - Puccini
Meditation from Thais - Massenet
Divertimento in D major - Mozart
Our congratulations to Jia & Ken!
